Needed a spacious flat for my growing family and found a 3 BHK here at Pristine Residency. The built-up area is about 1300 square feet, which is quite good. It's ready to move, so we could shift immediately. The proximity to the Outer Ring Road is helpful for my commute to the office. ORCHIDS The International School being a short distance is a huge advantage for my kids. The only thing is that traffic in BTM Layout can get quite bad during peak hou, so getting anywhere takes longer than expected sometimes. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper delivered this project a while ago. Overall, it’s a decent place.

We bought a 3 BHK flat in Pristine Residency for my parents. It is ready to move in, which was a big plus since we are living abroad. The size is around 1240 square feet built up, which gives them enough space. Location in BTM Layout 2nd Stage is convenient for them, close to JP Nagar and Jayanagar. My father can easily get to Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta if needed. The landscaping looks nice from the photos they sent. I hope the maintenance is good so they don't have to worry too much. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper seem to have finished the project a while back, in 2011.

It's ready to move, so no waiting period. The location in BTM Layout 2nd Stage is good, close to Jayanagar and JP Nagar, which are areas I frequent. Having ORCHIDS The International School nearby is also a positive sign for the neighborhood's development. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper completed this project in 2011. The landscaping looks well-maintained. The traffic can be a bit heavy on the main roads during certain times, but that's typical for Bangalore.

The location in BTM Layout, Bengaluru is strategically placed near Jayanagar and JP Nagar. Being close to Jayadeva Metro Station is also a significant advantage for public transport. The landscaping and tree planting are a nice touch, making the environment pleasant. My only concern is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during the day. It's a project by Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper completed back in 2011. Despite the noise, the connectivity is excellent.
