The location in BTM Layout is quite central, and it’s close to Jayadeva Metro Station, which is a huge plus for us. We also liked that ORCHIDS The International School is just a short distance away, even though we don't have kids yet, it's good for future planning. The construction quality appeasolid from what we've seen. My only hesitation was the price point, which was slightly higher than our initial budget. However, the overall connectivity and the developer's reputation made us go for it. The area feels vibrant.
