As a business owner, time is valuable. Comfort Opel in BTM Layout, Stage 2, offered a ready-to-move 2 BHK flat of 1020 Sq.ft for around 40.8 Lakh. The location is strategic, with easy access to both Outer Ring Road and Bannerghatta Road, crucial for my travel. Comfort Shelteprovided essential amenities like Car Parking, 24x7 Water Supply, and Power Backup, which are non-negotiable for me. The 24x7 CCTV Surveillance adds to the security. The Vastu Compliant design was a nice bonus. My only slight reservation is the traffic congestion on Bannerghatta Road during peak hou, which can make journeys longer than expected. Nevertheless, it’s a functional property.
