We chose Prince Highlands primarily for its family-friendly amenities and location. The children's play area is fantastic, and the park is well-maintained. The developer, Prince Foundations Ltd, has included a lot here. We got a 2 BHK with a carpet area of approximately 1150 square feet, which is spacious enough for our two kids. The proximity to schools is a major plus, although the exact distance to Apollo Hospitals and the Airport Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable. The price for our unit was about 85 Lakhs. We are still waiting for information on the completion date and Occupation Certificate, which is a minor concern. The swimming pool and gymnasium are excellent additions for the whole family. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex feel very green.

The price was around 70 Lakhs for our unit, which felt reasonable considering the amenities. The jogging track and park are great for evening walks. The location is good, being close to Mount Poonamallee High Road. However, the construction dust from ongoing nearby developments can be a bit botheome sometimes. The developer, Prince Foundations Ltd, has provided good security with 24x7 CCTV surveillance and an intercom system. The ample parking in the interconnected basement is also a relief. The availability of 24x7 water supply is something we really appreciate. We are happy with our decision.
