I bought a 2 BHK here. The size is around 753 square feet, which is comfortable enough for my family. The location in Iyyappanthangal is decent and it's relatively quiet. Antony Projects Pvt Ltd handed over the project back in December 2012, so it's an older construction but seems well-maintained. They have a children's play area which my daughter likes. The price point was within my budget, around 30 Lakhs. The only slight issue is that the OC was not available, which is a bit concerning for a government employee like me. Otherwise, it's a good place to live.

The location in Iyyappanthangal is quite good, close to essentials. Antony Projects Pvt Ltd completed this in December 2012. It’s a good size for us as we both work in IT and are out most of the day. The price was around 30 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for Chennai West. The gymnasium is a plus for us. One thing we noticed is that the traffic on the main road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, especially getting towards the airport metro station which is a short distance. But overall, we are happy with the purchase.
