We bought a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of about 1400 sq.ft. The price was around 60 Lakhs, which was within our budget. The proximity to Apollo Hospitals is also a good factor for any family. While the project is ready to move, we are a bit concerned about the dust from nearby construction, but that's common in developing areas. The connectivity to other parts of Chennai is okay, but the airport metro is still a fair distance away at nearby.
