Bought a flat in Prime Crest about a year back. The location on Trichy Road, Singanallur is quite convenient, especially with the airport only 7 kilometeaway. Prime Urban Developecompleted the project by September 2020, so it was ready to move in as promised. The view of the national park from some of the apartments is a real highlight. My only concern is that the roads around the project can get quite congested during peak hou, making commutes a bit stressful. The property itself seems well-built though. I've looked at the financials and the appreciation potential seems reasonable given the area's development.

We chose Prime Crest because of its fantastic location for our children. National Model Matriculation Higher Secondary School is literally nearby, which means no more long school runs! NG Hospital & Research Centre is also right there, which gives us peace of mind. The apartments are ready to move, and the construction by Prime Urban Developelooks solid. We really liked the spectacular view of the national park from our balcony; it’s very calming after a busy day. The kids' play area is also a decent size. My only reservation is that the rooms feel a little smaller than expected, but it's manageable for now.
