    Decided to buy a flat in Ramani Vidyaranya for its location on Trichy Road. It's very close to the National Highway 47, making commutes easier. The apartment itself is a 2 BHK with 920 square feet built-up area. The building was completed back in 2003, so it's an older construction, but it has held up reasonably well. Ramani Realtoseem to have maintained it decently. One minor issue is that the traffic on Trichy Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider if you travel frequently.
