The location in Ramanathapuram on Trichy Road is convenient, with GEM Hospital and Vidhya Niketan Public School literally nearby, which is fantastic. I opted for a 3 BHK apartment, around 1640 sq.ft, which should be comfortable for them. The developer is Mayflower Enterprises Pvt Ltd. It's under construction until December 2026, so they won't be able to move in immediately. The price point of around 1.5 Cr for the 3 BHK is within my expectations. The V3F elevatoare a good feature for accessibility.
