I bought a 4 BHK villa in Pride Villas for my parents who are living in Greater Noida. They wanted something ready to move in and close to essential facilities. This project by Escon Infra RealtoPvt Ltd is located near Kaushalya World School and Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, which are both within walking distance. The villas are quite large, with built-up areas between 2700 and 3400 square feet, offering plenty of space. The price was in the range of 2.7 Cr to 3.4 Cr. My parents mentioned that the Delta 1 metro station is also quite close, nearby, which is good for connectivity. The 24x7 security is a big relief for me, being so far away.

The 4 BHK villa has a built-up area of 2700 square feet, which is enough for our family. We paid about 2.7 Crores for it. The gated community with 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance makes us feel safe. The swimming pool and club house are great for the kids on weekends. The location in Pi, Sector Pi 1 And 2 is generally good, with the hospital also very close. The metro stations are also nearby, which is handy. We are happy with the decision so far.
