    We were looking for a ready to move villa and found The Hemisphere Expa Villa. The 1900 sq.ft built up area for the 3 BHK villa is quite spacious for us. My wife loved the landscaping and the swimming pool. It's also great that there's a grocery shop within the complex for quick needs. The location near Pari Chowk is convenient, though traffic can be a bit much during peak hougetting onto the main roads. We got it for around 1.16 Crore, which felt reasonable for the amenities offered. The developer, The Hemisphere, seems to have completed it well. We are happy with the decision so far.

The 3 BHK villa is 1900 sq.ft, giving my children enough space to play inside. We also like the cricket pitch and the amphitheater for weekend activities. The location near Pari Chowk is generally good, but getting to the Noida Greater Noida Expressway can take 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic, which is a bit inconvenient sometimes. Construction was completed in June 2023, and it's ready to move in. The price point of 1.16 Crore onwards made it accessible.
