Having retired recently, I was looking for a peaceful place to settle down. Pavnath Privilege Phase III I is a ready-to-move project, which meant I didn't have to wait. I chose a comfortable 3 BHK apartment. The project has some really good amenities like a card room and a billiards table, which are perfect for my age group. The proximity to Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is also reassuring. The only minor inconvenience is the internal roads within the society can be a bit narrow for larger vehicles. But generally, the atmosphere is calm and pleasant.

The developer, Pavnath DevelopeLtd., has been around for a while. There are a few amenities like a swimming pool and squash court which is nice. The only slight issue we are facing is the water pressure on the higher flooduring peak usage times. Otherwise, it's a good upgrade for us.
