We picked Pride Shree because of its excellent location for our children. New India School is only a 2-minute walk, which is a huge benefit for us. The 2 BHK flat we got has a carpet area of 785 square feet, offering enough room for the family. Being close to the Ganesh Temple in Kothrud makes it a nice, familiar neighborhood. The building has amenities like landscaping and tree planting, which makes it feel green. The fire fighting system is also in place, which is important for safety. The water supply has been consistent so far. We are happy with our decision to move here.
