We are looking at one around 980 square feet, priced at about 75 Lakhs. The location in Chinchwad, Manjri Bk is excellent, especially with SNBP International School literally next door and Lokmanya Hospital just a few minutes away. Being ready to move in was a huge plus, as we didn't want the hassle of waiting. The recreation facilities and community buildings look like good spaces for family gatherings. The only downside is the traffic can get a bit heavy on Prime Point Road during peak hou, but that's common in Pune. Closed car parking is a must-have.
