The flat size is about 501 sq.ft carpet area, which is manageable for our small family. It's ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait long after getting the loan approved. The price range of 38 L to 40.51 L was acceptable. The location in Chinchwad is quite convenient with Lokmanya Hospital a short distance. My only concern is the construction quality feels a bit average in some areas, like the paint finish. But overall, the proximity to school and hospital is a big win for us.
