The 2 BHK flats are a good size, around 527 sq.ft carpet area, which works for our family. The location in Nehru Nagar, Pimpri-Chinchwad is quite accessible. We got a flat for about 60 Lakh. The gated community aspect provides security for the kids. They also have a landscaped garden area which is nice for them to play in. The construction looks solid so far. We are happy with the decision.
