We were renting in Sector 83 and decided to upgrade. Presidency Presithum Phase II offered a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 853 square feet, which is a significant improvement over our previous rental. The project was completed in May 2018 and is ready to move, so we could shift without delay. The proximity to schools like GBN and Delhi Public School was a major factor for us. Access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is excellent. We were a bit concerned about the parking situation as we have two ca, and the closed car parking feels a bit tight when both are parked. However, the space inside the flat is worth it.
