The 1 BHK flats here have a carpet area of around 300 sq.ft, which is a good step up for us. It’s close to Elpro International School, which is very convenient for our child. The only drawback is the parking; it’s closed car parking, but space might be a bit tight for larger vehicles. Still, it’s better than nothing.
