The price was around 70.47 Lakh, which stretched our budget, but it's a significant upgrade. Praveen Associates included features like water conservation and a sewage treatment plant, which we appreciated. The proximity to Pallavi Model School (0 KM) is a definite advantage. However, the traffic on the main road during peak office houcan be quite heavy, making commutes challenging sometimes. Still, having our own space in a ready-to-move property from May 2018 is a huge relief.
