The price of 1.03 Crore onwards was a bit on the higher side for Cheeriyal, but the proximity to Mount Litera Zee School (a short distance) made it a non-negotiable choice. It's also reassuring that Janani Hospital is equally close. Being a ready to move project meant we could shift immediately after purchase, avoiding school disruptions. The Landscaping & Tree Planting adds a nice green touch to the community. The Car Parking space is adequate for our two vehicles.
