The availability of 100% power backup is crucial for my home office setup. The children's play area is well-maintained and my kids love it. The location near Begur and Bommanahalli offedecent connectivity to Bannerghatta Road. The price for our flat was around twenty-eight lakh. One slight downside is the parking space, which can feel a bit cramped if you have multiple vehicles. The community hall is a nice addition for functions.
