Moving to Hyderabad for my new hospital posting, I needed a place close to work. PN Residency is close to Tulasi Hospitals, which is amazing. I looked at the 3 BHK configuration, which is 1431 square feet. The price point was a bit higher than I expected, around 35 Lakhs, but the proximity to the hospital and the fact that it was ready to move sealed the deal. P. N. Constructions has delivered a decent product. The swimming pool and gymnasium are good amenities for unwinding after a long day at the hospital. The area seems peaceful too.

We bought our home in PN Residency a few months ago. The location in Sainikpuri is quite convenient for my business, with good connectivity. I was looking for a ready-to-move-in flat and this project fit the bill perfectly. The 3 BHK apartment is spacious, around 1431 square feet, which gives us enough room. The price was within our budget, around 32 Lakhs. The overall construction quality seems decent and the developer, P. N. Constructions, has a reasonable reputation. We liked the landscaping and the children's play area is a plus for visiting family. The main thing for me was the prompt possession.

I got a flat of about 1057 square feet, which is adequate for my needs. The developer, P. N. Constructions, seems reliable. I liked that it's Vastu compliant. The area is developing nicely. My main concern is that the OC is not available yet, which is a bit of a worry for future resale value. However, being government-employed, stability is key and this seemed like a safe bet for an investment.
