I am hoping for good appreciation given the location in Swawalambi Nagar, near Trimurti Nagar, and its connectivity to Umrer Road and NH 260. The developer, Planwise Structures & Spaces Pvt Ltd, is building it with an expected completion by May 2026. The inclusion of a solar power system and energy-efficient lighting for common areas is a good initiative. I also checked that they have a fire fighting system installed which is mandatory.
