The project by Pioneer Group offegood amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. It was ready to move, which suited our timeline perfectly. One thing I've noticed is that during peak hou, the traffic on Kumaranasan Road can get a bit heavy. It's not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. Overall, the living space is good and the location is convenient for daily activities.
