My partner and I were looking for a new home in Newtown and found Pioneer Priyambada. We liked the 2 BHK flat we saw, with an area of about 760 square feet, costing around 24.32 Lakh. The location is great for us, being close to the Sub-CBD2 Metro Station and also close to the airport. Pioneer Enterprise seems reliable. The project has essential amenities like lifts and power backup. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is common in developing areas like Rajarhat. Still, the price was within our budget, and the flat is ready to move in, which is perfect.
