Finding a flat for our family in Guntur was tough until we visited Pioneer Aria. The 831.3 Sq.ft unit has enough space for us and our children. Being close to the STEM SCHOOL means the kids can get to class quickly every morning. Pioneer Realtohas done a good job with the infrastructure, especially the storm water drains and fire protection systems. The location near Vijayapuri Colony is very accessible, though the main road can get a bit noisy during peak houin the morning. Despite the noise, the building itself is very secure and well-managed. We have been here for a month and are quite happy with the move.
