I bought a 2 BHK flat here, around 600 sq.ft carpet area. The project was completed a few yeaago, around June 2018. Pietra Infrastructure has included essential amenities like solid waste management and fire fighting systems, which are good to have. The proximity to civic utilities is also a major advantage. My only minor issue is the open parking can get a bit crowded sometimes, especially when guests visit. But generally, it's a well-managed property with good connectivity.
