The price was in our budget, around 1.2 Crore. The access to Delhi Meerut Road is good for our commutes. The club house and swimming pool are nice additions. We got a 3 BHK which is around 1400 square feet, so there is enough space for the kids. The built-up area for these flats starts from 1310 square feet. The price was about 1.5 Crore. The building has essential amenities like a children's play area within the landscaping and tree planting, and a swimming pool. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but it's manageable. The Vaishali Metro Station is nearby, which is convenient.

The only minor issue is that the Rajnagar Extension Elevated Road is nearby, so there's some traffic noise sometimes, but they are getting used to it. Overall, it's a comfortable place for them.
