The developer, Pearl Spy Tech Group, seems to have focused on security with their gated community and 24x7 surveillance. The property was completed in 2013. While the location is convenient for the hospital, the immediate surroundings can be dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction nearby, and traffic on NH-8 can be heavy.
