The location near Yatharth Hospital (2 KM) and NSEZ Metro Station (2.37 KM) is very practical for daily life and commuting. The price for my unit was around 5 Cr. I really enjoy the gymnasium and the swimming pool. The project is ready to move, which was a big plus. The only minor drawback is that the building feels a bit dated since its completion in 2011, but it’s well-maintained overall.
