We are considering a 3 BHK apartment, which has a super builtup area between 1286 and 1558 square feet. The budget of 47.0 Lakhs to 75.0 Lakhs is manageable for us. The Parth Sarthi Group is building this project, and it is currently under construction with a May 2029 completion target. The children's play area and gymnasium are definite plus points for the kids. We did notice the traffic on NH - 8 can be quite heavy at certain times, which is something to consider for daily commutes. The overall plan for Parth Square seems good for families needing space.
