We recently moved into Pavnath Privilege, and it has been a good experience so far. Our 3 BHK apartment has a spacious carpet area of about 1238 sq.ft. The biggest advantage is its location, with Kaushalya World School just a minute away, making school runs very easy. Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is also within a minute's reach, which gives us great comfort. The project offea swimming pool, which the kids absolutely love. The closed car parking is convenient. While the apartment sizes are good, the overall project construction quality seems decent but not extraordinary. It's a practical choice for families.
