My only concern is that the OC received status is not available, and it's a bit concerning for a property built in 2014. Otherwise, Parivar Enclave Pvt. Ltd. Seems to have delivered a decent project.

The children's play area is a great feature for our little one. The location in Hindmotor is okay, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hou, especially on B. B. D. Road. We also liked the terrace garden amenity. The developer is Parivar Enclave Pvt. Ltd., and they seem to have completed the project a while ago, back in 2014.

The amenities like 24X7 water supply and a jogging track are good for senior citizens. I just hope the maintenance charges are reasonable when they move in.
