The project is ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. I purchased a 2 BHK flat measuring 710 square feet. The amenities like 24/7 water supply and lift are very convenient. The price range of 9.99 Lakh to 17.39 Lakh was also competitive for the area. While the project itself seems fine, the traffic around Hindmotor during peak houcan be quite heavy. Siddhaye Construction seems to have delivered decent quality homes.

The 1 BHK flats are about 425 square feet, which should be enough space for them. The location in Hindmotor is fairly accessible.
