We were looking for a ready-to-move flat with enough space for our growing family, and H M Plaza caught our eye. We selected a 3 BHK, with a super builtup area of 1295 square feet. The location is good, with Zenith Super Specialist Hospital a short distance, which is important for us. The price for our unit was around 40 Lakh, which was manageable. The building has essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and security. The main drawback is the dust and construction noise from nearby ongoing developments, which can be a bit much sometimes. We hope it settles down soon. The size of the bedrooms in the 3 BHK could have been slightly larger, but overall it's a practical home.

We just bought our fit flat at H M Plaza and it feels good to finally own something. The 2 BHK we got is around 655 square feet and feels quite spacious for us. It's ready to move in which was a big relief because we didn't want to wait ages. The price was 20.96 Lakh which fit our budget well. The location in Hindmotor, Uttarpara Kotrung is decent, close enough to places we need. There is 24 hour water supply which is essential. The only thing we noticed is that the road leading to the building can get a bit busy during peak hou, so leaving the house needs some planning.

My office is nearby, so H M Plaza made sense for me. I bought a 3 BHK which is quite large, 1569 square feet. The location in Uttarpara Kotrung is convenient for my commute. It's ready to move in, which saves a lot of hassle. The pricing is in the mid-range, around 50 Lakh for the larger units, which I feel is justified given the size and location. The building has basic amenities like lifts and security. The main concern is the traffic on B. B. D Road during certain times of the day; it can be quite heavy. Other than that, S P Construction seems to have delivered a decent product.

We decided to upgrade from our rented place to our own home at H M Plaza. We chose a 2 BHK flat, which is about 888 square feet, giving us more room. It's in Hindmotor, Uttarpara Kotrung, and the price of 20.96 Lakh for a 2 BHK was very attractive. We liked that it's ready to move. The proximity to VISION INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, a short distance, is a huge advantage for us. The building has 24 hour water supply and lifts. One thing we are a bit concerned about is the noise from the nearby bus terminus, which is a short distance, especially during the day. We hope it won't be too disruptive.

I acquired a 3 BHK unit in H M Plaza as an investment. The super builtup area of 1295 square feet provides good rental potential. The price range for these flats, from 20.96 Lakh up to 50.21 Lakh, seems competitive for the area. Hindmotor has good connectivity, and being ready to move in is a plus for quick leasing. S P Construction has a track record, which gives some confidence. I'm hoping for good appreciation and rental yields here. The amenities like 24x7 security and lifts are standard but functional. Need to check on the actual completion date and OC status later.
