I bought a 1 BHK flat in Parasnath Akshar Gatha for my parents who live in Pune. They are getting older and I wanted them to have a comfortable place. The carpet area is about 469 Sq.ft which seems decent enough for two people. The project is ready to move in, which was important because I didn't want them waiting too long. Katraj is a familiar area for them. They mentioned the internal roads and footpaths are well done. I hope the 24x7 water supply is reliable as that's a big concern for older people. The only minor worry is the distance from the metro station, Garware College Metro is over nearby, so they will depend on autos or taxis for longer travel.

We were looking for a 1 BHK in Parasnath Akshar Gatha mainly because of its location near St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, which is nearby. My kids will be starting school next year. The flat size is around 469 Sq.ft carpet area, which is manageable for us. It's ready to move, so we can shift soon. The landscaping and tree planting around the society looks nice. However, the parking is closed car parking, which is good, but I'm not sure if it's enough for all residents if the society gets fully occupied. Also, Katraj can get quite dusty due to the construction happening in the vicinity.
