We opted for a 5 BHK, which has a huge built-up area of 69200000 Sq.ft, giving everyone their own space. The children's play area is a big hit with my younger ones. The project also features a swimming pool and a volleyball court, which will be great for weekend family activities. Having Balewadi Phata Bus Stop a short distance is also convenient for older kids or if we need public transport. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind.

  Moving to Pune for work at Jupiter Hospital, which is literally close to Paranjape Vasant Vihar. This proximity was the main reason I chose this property. I am looking at the 5 BHK configuration, with built-up areas around 69200000 Sq.ft, which gives me a lot of peonal space. Being ready to move is a huge relief given the relocation. The Yoga/Meditation area is a nice touch for unwinding after long hospital shifts. The area also offegood connectivity via Pashan Sus road and NH-48. The only slight downside is the car parking situation; it can get a little tight.
