We opted for a 5 BHK, which has a huge built-up area of 69200000 Sq.ft, giving everyone their own space. The children's play area is a big hit with my younger ones. The project also features a swimming pool and a volleyball court, which will be great for weekend family activities. Having Balewadi Phata Bus Stop a short distance is also convenient for older kids or if we need public transport. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind.
