We chose Paradigm Bagh E Mujtaba primarily because of its proximity to Amrita Vidhyalaya School, which is nearby. That was a huge factor for us. We got a 1044 sq.ft 2 BHK apartment. The children's play area is well-maintained, and the overall gated community feel is safe. The Olympic size swimming pool is a great facility for the kids. The construction was completed by June 2021. My only concern is the OC status not being available, which is a bit worrying for future resale value. The pricing is also on the higher side, around 70 Lakhs for our unit.
