The Vastu compliant design was also important to me. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment, measuring approximately 1685 sq.ft, offering ample room. The spectacular view of the national park from the balcony is a daily delight. The area has good civic amenities nearby, like malls and hospitals. However, the access road to the project can be a bit narrow, which makes entry and exit during busy times slightly challenging. Still, the community feels safe and well-managed.
