We chose a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 347 square feet. The location is close to ADITYA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, nearby, which is convenient for us. The project is ready to move, so we could shift immediately after purchase. They have a fire fighting system, which is a safety essential. The only drawback is that the rooms feel a bit compact, especially the living area, but for a fit home, it works. The closed car parking is a definite plus.
