The 4 BHK builder floor is very spacious at 2700 square feet built up, giving our kids enough room to play and study. Being in Sector 43, Sushant Lok-1, Gurgaon, is also great as it's close to Huda City Centre Metro Station (0.62 km) and major roads. The project by Palm Floois ready to move, which was a big relief. The only slight concern is that the traffic on MG Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, but we are managing. The price of 3.75 Crore is considerable, but the convenience for the children is paramount.
