Getting to MG Road is also not too difficult. We are happy with the purchase so far, the landscaping is very green and makes the place feel peaceful. Security is also 24/7 which is important for us.

Having the Sector 42-43 Metro Station nearby is incredibly convenient for commuting. Plus, Paras Hospitals and Fortis Memorial Research Institute are within nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The building has a lift and power backup, which are essential. The only small issue is the traffic noise sometimes from Golf Coue Road, but we are getting used to it. The open side properties give good ventilation.
