The proximity to Unicosmos School and Paras Hospitals is a major convenience, both are literally nearby. HUDA City Centre Metro Station is also just a 4-minute walk, making commutes easy. The price was around 1.72 Crore, which was within our budget after considering home loans. The OC received is reassuring. My only small worry is the dust from nearby construction, but that's common in Gurgaon.
