We were renting a small place and decided to upgrade. Pacifica La Habitat caught our eye. We love our new 3 BHK flat, it's spacious, around 2300 sq.ft, and feels like home. The developer, Pacifica BuildePvt Ltd, has included a children's play area which is great for our daughter. The jogging track is a bonus for us. Being close to Udgam School For Children is a huge relief. The complex has good landscaping. The only slight issue is that the construction is from 2008, so some fittings might show their age, but it's nothing major.
