Booking a flat at P Square The Nook was a big decision for me, but the location in Penamaluru feels very safe and convenient for my daily routine. I loved the idea of having a dedicated home theatre room in the building for weekends. The 3 BHK unit at 1092 square feet is huge for one peon, so I might go for the 2 BHK size of 724.41 square feet instead as it feels more cozy. It is great that the project is not too far from the airport for my occasional travel needs. P Square Buildehave been very clear about the April 2026 completion date. I am excited to see the final output because the design looks quite modern and functional.

Hoping for a timely delivery as planned.

We are looking for a calm place to settle down and P Square The Nook caught our eye during our search. It is close to the school by Chigurupati Sri Krishnaveni which is helpful for our visiting grandkids. The 2 BHK apartment with 724.41 square feet seems enough for us to manage easily.
