The developer, Ozone Urbana Infra DevelopePrivate Limited, offemany amenities which I found attractive, like the mini theatre and the cricket pitch. It's also ready to move, which was important for me. The location in Devanahalli, North Bangalore, is on NH-7, so connectivity is good. However, I am a bit concerned about the price being slightly higher than some other projects in the vicinity. The project was completed in November 2014. I am hoping this proves to be a good investment for the future.
