We decided to move here primarily because of the proximity to Geetanjali School. Having a children's play area inside the complex makes it very convenient for us. Orion Villas offea peaceful environment which is perfect for growing kids. We opted for the 3 BHK villa and the 3200 Sq.ft plot is generous enough for a small lawn. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and security give us peace of mind when we are not home. Construction is scheduled for March 2026, so we are waiting patiently. The approach road to the villa complex could be slightly wider, but that is a minor issue in an otherwise great project.

The biggest selling point for me was the proximity to Manipal Hospital Vijayawada. I work long shifts, so living near the hospital helps me save a lot of time on travel. I do have a small concern about the public transport connectivity in this area, so having your own vehicle is definitely a must.
