The 3 BHK apartment I considered had a comfortable built-up area of 2080 sq.ft. The Vastu compliant design was also a point of consideration for us. While the project is ready to move, I did notice that the traffic on the SP Ring Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. Nevertheless, the presence of a swimming pool and amphitheater provides good options for leisure.
