    After renting for yea, we finally bought our fit apartment here in Opera Spring Leaf. We chose a 3 BHK with a built-up area of 1495 sq.ft. It’s spacious enough for our family and gives us room to grow. The price was around 65 Lakhs, which was within our budget after considering the loan. The proximity to ORCHIDS The International School, nearby, was a major factor for us. We also like the landscaping and tree planting around the complex; it feels quite green. The only downside is the dust from nearby construction, but we are hoping that settles down soon. The multipurpose hall is also a good addition for community events.

    We just moved into our 2 BHK at Opera Spring Leaf a couple of weeks ago. The built-up area is around 1065 sq.ft which is quite comfortable for us. Location in Bommanahalli is decent, not too far from Bannerghatta Road where my office is, taking a short distance get there. The gymnasium is a nice facility to have in the building, and the 24x7 water supply has been reliable so far. What we didn't anticipate was the traffic noise during peak hou, it can get quite loud. Also, the parking is a bit of a squeeze, especially for visitoOverall, it's a good place to live, but the noise is something we're still getting used to.

We got a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1270 sq.ft, which is quite large and comfortable for our two children. The proximity to Jayadeva Metro Station (3.0 KM) and Bannerghatta Road makes commuting easier. The building has a gymnasium which I plan to use, and the landscaping makes the complex look pleasant. The children's play area is a big hit with my kids. One issue we've noticed is the water pressure on higher floocan sometimes dip, especially during peak usage times. Also, the price point, starting from 35.57 Lakhs, felt a bit on the higher side initially, but given the ready-to-move status and amenities, we felt it was a fair deal. The multipurpose room is a nice touch for gatherings.

    This is my very fit home purchase, and I picked a 1 BHK at Opera Spring Leaf in Kodichikanahalli. It has a built-up area of 780 sq.ft and cost me about 36 Lakhs. The size is perfect for a single peon like me. I liked the fact that it is ready to move in, which saved me a lot of waiting time. The amenities like the children's play area and the fire fighting system provide good comfort. However, I found the car parking spaces to be a bit tight, which might be an issue if you have a larger vehicle. The Intercom system is also quite useful for security. Overall, a good start for me.

    I purchased a 2.5 BHK for my parents who live in Bengaluru. Opera Spring Leaf in Bommanahalli seemed like a good option because it's ready to move and has essential amenities. My parents are senior citizens, so the 24x7 security and 24x7 water supply were important. The location is also convenient for them, being close to Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta which is nearby. They also mentioned the theme park is a nice place for them to relax. The main concern was the OC not being available yet, which made me a little hesitant, but the builder assured us it's in process. The garbage disposal system is also efficient.
