We chose Omsree Prithvi mainly for its location and the facilities for children. It’s reasonably close to Kendriya Vidyalaya Bolarum, nearby, which is very convenient. The project offea swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are great for family activities. The apartments have private foyeand large wash areas, which are practical additions. The developer, Om Sree Builde& Develope, has a good reputation. My only slight concern is that the project is still under construction, and dust from the ongoing work can be a bit botheome during site visits. Completion is expected by May 2028.
